Shipping Policy
Handling:
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email once your order has been packed for shipment.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
You have a choice of shipping at Checkout, either USPS or using our Economy service. Our Economy service uses the best and most cost-effective carrier for the situation. Once your order is processed, we will update the order notes with a tracking number of the carrier that was used. Our logistics warehouse is strategically located in the Atlanta, GA area to specifically make sure packages are received in a timely fashion for almost everyone in the continental US.
Please note that since the COVID Pandemic, USPS reliability has declined, and we have seen some USPS First Class packages take weeks for domestic delivery. All delivery dates presented at checkout are ESTIMATES and not guaranteed and do not include handling time.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping only to Canada and the UK (for everything other than Supplements). This is because international shipping experiences have been inconsistent and volatile lately. Therefore, to prevent negative customer experience, we’re limiting our destination countries at this time. Please note that international shipping at times experiences very long delays due to outgoing and incoming customs and some countries may take as much as 1-3 months for delivery via USPS First Class international. Barbell Medicine is not responsible for the delays.
Your order may be subject to your country’s import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Barbell Medicine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Please note that our Supplements are only able to be shipped to US addresses.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@barbellmedicine.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes though we don’t recommend it.
Refunds
Policies:
Barbell Medicine stands behind the quality of our apparel and we want you to wear/use them with pride. If you have any issues with your items please email us so we can address it!
Returns are only available for apparel, as noted in the terms here. There are no returns on supplements, templates, or coaching purchases.
Returns and Exchanges:
We allow Apparel exchanges for a different size or equal-priced item and accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please send all returns or exchanges (at your expense) to the address below along with the included packing slip stating what item you are exchanging and what item you want. Barbell Medicine will pay for the shipping of the item you want.

If thirty (30) days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you store credit or an exchange. Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Sale items are non-returnable. To follow up on the status of your return, please contact us as support@barbellmedicine.com
